MarineNav’s ROV single-axis manipulator is an essential addition to increasing the functionality of your ROV, providing power and precision to perform gripping and recovery maneuvers to a depth of 300 meters. Download specifications >
Our dual-axis manipulator, with four swappable unique jaw head attachments, features jaw heads manufactured from carbon fibre-reinforced composite material all designed to work with the manipulator’s open and close motions and 360º continuous rotational movement. Download specifications >
Upgrade by adding fibre optic communications to your Oceanus Pro Classic, P8 Pro or Ultimate ROV system to utilise our fibre optic tether for gigabyte Ethernet transfer speeds. Fibre optic tether is ideal when using ROV accessories that generate large amounts of data. You can use over 400m of fibre optic tether without an optional battery supply to the ROV. Battery packs are a requirement when operating on tether lengths of 500m to 4km. Standard fibre optic tether measures 11mm in diameter and carries data over fibre optic and power over copper. Slim fibre optic tether measures less than 6mm in diameter and transfers data only. An optional ROV battery pack is required when using slim tether. Contact MarineNav for more information >
MarineNav ROV systems are rated to a maximum standard depth, but tether segments can be purchased at greater lengths. Single cable segments are available to a maximum size of 500 meters. The maximum length when joining two cable segments together is 450 meters. The maximum length when joining three cable segments together is 400 meters.
MarineNav produces Tether Deployment Systems capable of storing up to 600m of ROV tether. All Tether Deployment Systems (TDS) products provide controlled deployment and retrieval of ROV tether minimizing the risk of entanglements or damage. TDS products are easily transported, the larger 600m self-contained TDS case design features built-in wheels.
MarineNav ROV systems are rated to a maximum standard depth of 300 meters, but tether segments can be purchased at greater lengths. Single cable segments are available to a maximum length of 500 meters.
The MarineNav standard Tether Deployment System is a portable tether management reel capable of controlled deployment and retrieval of tether lengths of up to 180m (590 ft).
The MarineNav mid-size Tether Deployment System can store 350m (1148 ft) of ROV tether on its reel. A redesigned tether deployment roller mechanism ensures smoother deployment and retrieval of the ROV tether.
The MarineNav large Tether Deployment System is a wheeled self-contained tether management reel capable of controlled deployment and retrieval of tether lengths of up to 600m (1969 ft).
Mounting to the float block, MarineNav’s Hull Crawler positions the ROV against a vessel’s hull or other smooth surfaces to create a secure connection allowing for improved ease of inspection. This device increases the pilots’ ability to maintain position and safely navigate a vessel’s hull.

Designed by MarineNav and manufactured on-site, the Oceanus thruster guard minimizes potential damage when foreign debris becomes entangled in the ROV thruster propellers. The thruster guard is constructed from marine-grade materials and is designed to fit over the thruster assembly without affecting propeller motion and is locked in place by four threaded bolts and fasteners. Installation is simple, requiring a minimum of tools and time.
Compatible with Pro and Ultimate class series ROV systems, the Oceanus ROV Gaff Pole is indispensable when retrieving ghost gear, lost mooring chain or underwater cable.
• Manufactured from aluminum and marine-grade materials.
• Weighs 1.63 kg (3.6 Lb).
• Locking mechanism keeps snagged gear clear of ROV thruster intake.
• Extra long arm and buoyancy chamber offset the weight of snagged gear.
• 2-year limited warranty*

Measure metal thickness even through coatings with ultrasonic metal thickness gauges. The probe does not need to touch the surface under test, as the metal thickness gauge captures reading measurements through 5 mm (0.2 inches) of water. Metal thickness probe orientation does not influence gauge readings. Contact MarineNav for more Information >
Underwater searches and surveys often require precise positioning of the ROV to be known so that observations can be geo-referenced on future dive missions. MarineNav supports several acoustic and tether-based position-tracking systems.
* The three-year limited warranty extension is available when an eligible MarineNav Oceanus ROV system is registered within the first year of purchase. For warranty to remain valid, all scheduled ROV maintenance must be adhered to according to manufacturers guidelines. At the end of the regular two-year limited warranty period, a third-year extension is provided to customers who adhere to all regimented ROV maintenance. Limited warranty restrictions apply;
a) MarineNav Ltd warrants that tether supplied with ROV systems or supplied separately will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment.
b) MarineNav Ltd warrants that tether whips that were provided as part of an ROV system at time of original shipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six (6) months from date of shipment.
c) MarineNav Ltd warrants that thruster motors that were provided as part of an ROV system at the time of original shipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.
